Optional Online Orientation

In Summer 2022, the Office of Student Orientation and Transition will be offering a very limited number of Online Orientation spaces for Freshmen & Transfer students who cannot travel in June & July to participate in our in-person program. These spaces will be filled on a first come first served basis and are geared to serve international students and students who live far from UMD. If you attend an online orientation program you do not need to attend our in-person orientation.

Optional Online Orientation Dates: All New Student Orientation programs are college & major specific and every college may not be advising on these dates. Please click a date to see which colleges are advising. If you are not sure which Academic College your major belongs to, please visit here
