Student Financial Services and Cashiering
At the Office of Student Financial Services and Cashiering you can find services related to tuition and billing, making payments, and additional financial resources.
- A student bill is generated with any new applicable charges on the 25th day of every month and is due on the 20th day of the following month. **
- Fall and Spring Semester Tuition & Fees bills are due August 20th and January 20th respectively.
- If new charges are applied after a bill is generated, they will be included on the next bill and due by that bill due date.
** +/- A day if the 25th falls on a weekend, federal holiday, or scheduled university closure – in theses cases, the bill is generated prior to.
Your student will need to grant you access to the billing portal as an Authorized Payer. In this role, you can:
- View account balance info
- Receive email reminders for upcoming due dates
- View transaction history for posted charges and credits
- Contact the Financial Service Center on behalf of the student
- Set up a payment plan when applicable

If there is an outstanding balance on the student billing account after the bill due date, the balance will be considered past due and the student billing account will be subject to a financial hold and a late fee.
Financial holds will prevent class registration and transcript access until past due balance is paid in full.
Late Fee Policy
- The fee is assessed as a percentage of the outstanding balance that remains unpaid after the bill due date.
- Fees will not be assessed on balances being covered by a payment plan.
- Fees are not assessed during certain months leading up to the start of the Fall and Spring semesters to allow time to budget for the upcoming semester. See below for the late fee assessment breakdown.

Students should enroll in direct deposit to receive funds as quickly as possible. Click here for more information and to enroll.
Students can bring their scholarship check to the Lee Building so that it can be credited to their student account. They should make sure to include their UID # on the check. Private scholarship checks can also be mailed to the address below
